Viewing Client History
See a client's full profile and every job you've done for them in one view.
Review a client's complete history
Review a client's full profile and jump to any past or upcoming job from a single page. The client history page combines contact details, saved notes, and a full job list so you can understand the relationship before you schedule, edit, or follow up on work.
You need permission to view clients to access client records. Owners and Managers can open client history pages. Techs cannot access client records.
Client details
The page title shows the client's business name. If a primary contact name has been added, it appears directly beneath the title.
A contact info card shows the client's email address, phone number, contact person, and service location. Use these details to confirm who to contact and where work is performed.
If notes have been added for the client, a notes card appears on the page. The notes card only shows when saved notes exist.
Job history
A job history table lists every job for the client, including past work and upcoming visits. Each row shows the job title and job ID, assigned team members with role labels, the scheduled date and time, and the current status.
If a job has an issue flag, an Issue badge appears next to the status. If no one is assigned, the page shows that the job is unassigned.
Click any row in the table to open that job's detail page. If the client does not have any jobs yet, the page shows a message that no jobs were found for this client.
Actions
The page includes an Edit Client button and a Delete button when your role allows those actions. Edit Client opens the client's edit form.
Delete opens a confirmation dialog before anything is removed. If the client has any associated jobs, deletion is blocked, so you need to remove or reassign those jobs first.
Use client history to spot recurring patterns, such as frequent issues, seasonal job spikes, or recent service history before scheduling new work.
