Company Settings
Manage your company profile, client-facing forms, and personal account settings from one hub.
The Settings Hub
Open the Settings page to configure your company profile, manage client-facing forms, and access your personal account. The page is organized into three sections — Company, Client-facing, and You — each with its own set of links.
- Company — contains the Company profile link. It opens the page where you edit your business name, address, and contact details. The description reads "Name, logo, brand color, address." This section is available to Owners only.
- Client-facing — contains the Client forms link. It opens the page where you configure pre-visit, checklist, and feedback forms. The description reads "Pre-visit, checklist, feedback." This section is available to Owners only.
- You — contains My account and Log out. My account opens your personal profile page. Log out signs you out of the current device. This section is available to all users.
Owners see all three sections. Managers and Techs see only the You section — the Company and Client-facing sections are hidden.
Company Profile
Edit your company profile from the Company profile link under the Company section. The form has two parts: Business Information and Contact Information.
Business Information
- Company name — required. This is the name that appears across NoSavvy and in client-facing communications.
- Street address — your business street address.
- City — your business city.
- State — select from a dropdown of all 50 US states.
- Zip code — 5-digit zip code.
Contact Information
- Phone number — format as
(555) 123-4567. - Email address — the contact email clients see in communications.
Click Save Changes to submit. A success banner appears at the top of the page when the save completes.
If there is an error, an error banner displays the message. You stay on the same page after saving — there is no redirect.
Client-Facing Forms
The Client forms link under the Client-facing section opens the form settings page where you configure three client-facing forms: Pre-Visit Confirmation, Crew Checklist, and Post-Job Feedback. New companies start with all standard fields enabled, so you can adjust them as needed.

- Crew Checklist — toggle standard tasks and add custom tasks for your team.
