Adding Your First Team Member
Invite team members to your NoSavvy company, assign roles, and learn what happens after you send an invitation.
Add teammates to your company
Team members are the people who will use NoSavvy alongside you — managers who coordinate jobs and techs who do the field work. Adding them takes a full name, email address, and role.
Prerequisites
You must be signed in as an Owner to manage team members. Managers and Techs cannot access team management.
Inviting a team member
Go to the Team page
From the Triage dashboard, open the Team page. This is the team management page where you can invite, edit, and remove members.
If this is your first invite, the list will usually show only your own account.
Click Add Team Member
Click Add Team Member to open the invite form.
Enter their full name and email address
Enter the person's Full Name and Email Address. NoSavvy sends the invitation to that email address.
Choose a role
Select Owner, Manager, or Tech. The role controls what the person can see and do in NoSavvy.
Tech is selected by default.
Click Send Invitation
Click Send Invitation to finish. A success message appears, then NoSavvy redirects you back to the Team page.
When the redirect finishes, your team list is visible again.
What happens after you invite someone
After you send the invitation, NoSavvy handles the next step based on whether that email address already belongs to an existing account. If the person already has a NoSavvy account from another company, they get an email saying they have been added to your company and can log in and switch to your company right away.
If the person is new to NoSavvy, NoSavvy creates their account automatically and sends an invitation email with a link to set their password. That password setup link stays valid for 24 hours.
Managing team members
Use the Team page to keep your staff list current as your company grows. The table shows each member's name, email, role, active jobs, and available actions.
- Click Edit next to a team member to update their name, phone, bio, or role.
- Click Remove to remove someone from your company. They keep their NoSavvy account.
- Check the Active Jobs column to see how many active jobs each team member has.
- You cannot remove yourself from the Team page.
Choosing the right role
Give Tech to field workers who only need to see assigned jobs. Give Manager to office staff who coordinate jobs and clients. Reserve Owner for people who need full control of company settings and team management.
