Setting Up Your Company Profile
Configure your company name, address, contact details, and client-facing forms in NoSavvy with this step-by-step setup guide.
Set up your company details
After signing up, your company profile holds the name, address, and contact details that appear across NoSavvy. Setting it up is the first step before adding team members or creating jobs.
Prerequisites
You must be signed in as an Owner to edit company settings. Managers and Techs can view their own account settings, but they cannot access or update company settings or client form settings.
Editing your company profile
Use the company profile page to add your business details and main contact information.
Go to Settings
From the Triage dashboard, open Settings. You will see sections for Company, Client-facing, and You.
Open Company profile
In the Company section, click Company profile. This opens the form where you manage your company details.
Update your business information
Enter your company name, which is required. Then add your street address, city, state, and zip code.
Select your state from the dropdown list. Your zip code should be 5 digits.
Update your contact information
Add your phone number and email address. NoSavvy uses these details in client-facing communications.
Enter the phone number in the format (555) 123-4567.
Save your changes
Click Save Changes when you finish editing. A success message appears at the top of the page when the save is complete.
If you do not want to keep your edits, click Cancel to return to Settings.
Configuring client-facing forms
NoSavvy includes three client-facing forms that you can tailor to your workflow: Pre-Visit Confirmation, Crew Checklist, and Post-Job Feedback. New companies start with all standard form fields enabled, so you can adjust them as needed instead of building them from scratch.
Open Client forms
From Settings, click Client forms in the Company section. This opens the form settings page.
Customize the Pre-Visit Confirmation form
Turn standard fields on or off for:
- confirm appointment time
- access instructions
- pet information
- special requests
Add up to 5 custom questions for your clients.
Customize the Crew Checklist
Turn standard tasks on or off for:
- arrive on time
- wear uniform
- greet client
- perform walkthrough
- take photos
Add up to 10 custom tasks for your team.
Customize the Post-Job Feedback form
Turn standard fields on or off for:
- service rating
- comments
- follow-up permission
Add up to 5 custom questions for client feedback.
Save each form after you update it
Each form saves independently. Click Save after configuring each form so your changes are applied to that form.
