Using My Assigned Jobs

See and manage only the jobs assigned to you — view details, update status, and add notes.

My Assigned Jobs

See every job assigned to you in one place and open each job to take action. Your list includes only the jobs where you are assigned as a team member, so you can focus on the work that belongs to you.

This page is for Techs. The jobs list automatically filters to show only jobs where you are assigned as a team member. Owners and Managers see the full All Jobs list instead.

What you see

My Assigned Jobs shows the same columns as the All Jobs list: job details with the job ID, client name, assigned team members, date and time, and the current status. If a job has an active issue, the list also shows an Issue badge.

The only difference is the filter. My Assigned Jobs shows only the jobs assigned to you.

You will not see a Create Job button. Only Owners and Managers can create jobs.

What you can do

Click any job row in the list to open that job's detail page. From there, you can:

  • View job details — See the description, notes, schedule, team, and client contact info. See Job details for the full layout.
  • Update job status — Mark a job as Completed when the work is done. This action is available when the job status is Scheduled, Ready, or In Progress.
  • Flag an issue — Mark a job as needing attention if something went wrong. This is available on any job that is not already flagged and not Archived.
  • Resolve an issue — Clear the issue flag after the problem is resolved. This is available on jobs with an open issue flag.
  • Add notes — Add notes to the activity timeline. You can also flag the job as having an issue while adding a note.
  • Navigate to the site — On mobile, use the Navigate button to open directions to the service location in your maps app.
  • Call the client — On mobile, use the Call Client button to dial the client's phone number directly.
  • Open the crew checklist — On mobile, use the Open Checklist button to open the on-site checklist form.

You cannot edit job details, archive jobs, delete jobs, or view job financials. Those actions are reserved for Owners and Managers.
