Send form links to clients from the job detail page — pre-visit, crew checklist, and post-job feedback.

Share forms from the job detail page

Share the right form at the right time without leaving the job detail page. Use the Form Links card to copy a link for client communication before or after the job, or to send the crew checklist to your team.

Prerequisites

You need access to the job detail page. Any team member assigned to a job can copy form links.

Open the job detail page

Open the job you want to work with. The form links appear on that job's detail page.

Find the Form Links card

Look in the main column for the Form Links card. The card shows these three forms in order:

  • Pre-Visit Confirmation
  • Crew Checklist
  • Post-Job Feedback

Copy the link you want to share

Click Copy Link next to the form you want. After you click it, the button shows a checkmark and Copied! for 2 seconds.

That confirms the link is in your clipboard and ready to paste.

Send the link to the right person

Paste the link into an email or message.

  • Send Pre-Visit Confirmation and Post-Job Feedback to your client.
  • Send Crew Checklist to your team.

Each form link uses a signed token for security. Only someone with the exact link can access the form, and no login is required. Links are unique to each job and stay valid for 90 days.

The Crew Checklist works differently from the other two forms. Team members must be logged in to NoSavvy to use it, and it is not a public link for clients. Pre-Visit Confirmation and Post-Job Feedback work without a login.

When to share each form

  • Pre-Visit Confirmation: Send this to the client a day or two before the appointment so they can confirm the time, share access instructions, and flag pets or special requests.
  • Crew Checklist: Share this with your team, not the client. Your crew opens it on site to complete standard tasks and any custom tasks you have configured. Completing the checklist moves the job to In Progress automatically.
  • Post-Job Feedback: Send this after the job is marked Completed so the client can rate the service and leave comments. Negative ratings automatically flag the job with an issue.
