Catch service issues early with client feedback
Collect feedback after every job, spot unhappy clients quickly, and keep issues visible for follow-up before they turn into larger problems.
Configure Post-Job Feedback in Form Settings. Only Owners can access form settings. Managers and Techs cannot view or change these options.
What it is
Post-Job Feedback is a client-facing form you share after a job is completed. Clients use it to rate the service, leave comments, and answer any extra questions you add.
Clients do not need to sign in. They open the form from a secure link and submit their feedback directly.
Configurable fields
Use these fields to decide what feedback you want to collect from clients.
| Field | What It Collects |
|---|---|
| Service Rating | Client rates the service as Excellent, Good, Okay, or Not good. |
| Comments | Open text area for detailed feedback. |
| Follow-up Permission | Asks the client if they are open to being contacted about their feedback. |
| Custom Questions | Up to 5 custom questions you define. |
All fields are enabled by default. Turn off any field you do not need.
How feedback connects to issues
Feedback does more than collect comments. It also helps you track service problems without manual follow-up.
When a client rates the service as Okay or Not good, the job's issue flag is automatically set, but only if the job has already been marked Completed or Archived. When they rate Excellent or Good, the issue flag is cleared if it was previously set. The job's status itself never changes from feedback. This keeps problems visible on the jobs list without manual tracking.
When a client leaves negative feedback with an Okay or Not good rating, all Owners and Managers receive an email notification with the job name, client name, rating, and comments. The email includes a link to view the job and resolve the issue. Positive ratings do not trigger a notification.
