Understanding the Reports Dashboard

See how your business is performing — jobs completed, revenue, issues, and team productivity at a glance.

Review business performance from one dashboard

Use the Reports dashboard to monitor the key numbers that show how your company is performing. From a single page, you can see job volume, completion trends, issue levels, revenue, client feedback, and team output for a selected date range.

The Reports dashboard is available to Owners and Managers only. Techs see an access denied message if they try to open the reports page.

What's on the dashboard

The dashboard combines summary cards with charts so you can scan performance quickly and then look for patterns behind the numbers. All values on the page update when you change the date range.

KPI cards

CardWhat it shows
Jobs completedThe total number of completed jobs in the selected date range.
Completion rateThe percentage of scheduled jobs that were completed.
Issue rateThe percentage of jobs with an issue flag. The card turns red when the rate goes above 5%.
RevenueThe total value of completed jobs in the selected date range.

Charts

ChartWhat it shows
Weekly trendA line chart showing jobs completed and revenue by week.
Client feedbackA doughnut chart showing positive versus negative feedback, including percentages.
Team breakdownA horizontal bar chart showing completed jobs by team member. The dashboard shows the top 6 team members and groups the rest as Other.

Date range

Use the dropdown at the top of the page to switch between three preset ranges:

  • This month
  • Last 30 days
  • This quarter

The dashboard uses This month by default. When you choose a different range, all cards and charts recalculate to match that period.

How to access

Open Reports from the main menu to access the dashboard. The page loads automatically with the current month's data.
