Setup GuideAdding Your First Client

Adding Your First Client

Create client records in NoSavvy with contact details, service locations, and facility notes to streamline job creation and scheduling.

Add your first client

Clients are the businesses you clean for. Each client record holds their contact details, service location, and notes so you have what you need when creating and scheduling jobs.

Prerequisites

Sign in as an Owner or Manager before you add a client. Techs cannot create or view client records.

Adding a client

Go to the Clients page

From the Triage dashboard, open the Clients page. This page shows all clients for your company and gives you access to client management actions.

Click Add Client

Select Add Client to open the client creation form.

Enter the client's business name

Add the client's business name. This name identifies the client throughout NoSavvy, and it is required.

Enter the primary contact name

Add the name of the main person you communicate with at the client's business. This field is required.

Add contact details

Enter the client's email address and phone number. Both fields are optional, but they help when you need to contact the client quickly.

Enter the service location

Add the street address, city, state, and zip code for the service location. This tells your team where to go for the job.

Add any client notes

Use the notes field for details such as alarm codes, parking instructions, or other facility information. This field is optional.

Click Save

Select Save to create the client. A success message appears, then NoSavvy redirects you to the client's detail page.

Creating a client from the job form

Create a client without leaving the job form when you are creating or editing a job. Next to the client selector, click + New Client to open a quick form with the same fields.

What's next

Now that your first client is in NoSavvy, create and schedule your first job so your team can see where to go and what work to complete.
